Pre-Treatment

We are also providing services in the field of Water Pre-Treament viz.: Settling. Our team has successfully revamped a Solids contact clarifier of 120 m3/hr capacity for treating raw water from Krishna River.

Desalination

Design and Engineering and Commissioning support for total of 5 MLD Sea-Water desalination at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

The design and engineering was completed in two phases. The first phase was for the Design and Execution support for 3 MLD Reverse Osmosis technology-based Desalination plant. This plant has been in operation since December 2012 and providing 3 MLD of permeate output since then. This plant is now being expanded with pre-treatment suitable for 3 MLD output and RO block portion being expanded to produce 2 MLD of output.

Waste Water Treatment

Natrobic System for treatment of Ashram waste installed at VVM Ashram near Pune to treat 100 m3/day of sewage, bathroom and kitchen waste water. The system uses very low power and has flexibility to accommodate a wide variation in waste water inflow.

We have also provided design services for a 800 m3/hr Natrobic System for an Ashram in Rajasthan.

Whirltec

Our team has developed a Compact solids seperation unit for separating out suspended solids from water. This unit can be made available for trials.

Our team members hav designed and installed Automatic Valveless Gravity Filters and have also provided design for eight Automatic Valveless Gravity Filters for Power Plant Cooling Tower Side-stream filtration.
